The World Sailing Youth Championships for the year 2023 has been announced and it will be held in the wonderful city of Portland, Oregon in the United States of America. This is amazing news for all the sailors out there who have been looking forward to this event. The last time the event was held in the USA was back in 2009 and it was in the city of Miami. The event will be held from the 12th to the 16th of July 2023 and it is open to all sailors who are aged between 13 and 18 years old. There will be a total of 10 events that will be taking place and these are the Laser Radial, Laser 4.7, Boy’s Windsurfer, Girl’s Windsurfer, 29er, Nacra 15, Byte CII, RS:X 8.5, RS:X 9.5 and the 420.
